oh kartu kuning…

Jum’at kemaren aq nemenin temen ke walikota depok buat bikin kartu kuning. Biasa lagi musim2 nya PNS, moga ditemia ya say… aamiiin.

Oya buat temen2 yg mau bikin kartu kuning n belum tahu langkah2 nya, ni aq coba share ya biar pengalaman kami kemaren tdak terulang. maklum bolak balik kantor walikota ke fotocopy an luamyaan booow…

Berikut syarat-syarat untuk mengajukan kartu kuning:

1. Fotocopy KTP (1 lembar)
2. Fotocopy KK (2 lembar)
3. Fotocopy ijazah terakhir (1 lembar)
4. Foto 3×4 berwarna (2 lembar)

Nah gimana cara mendapatkannya:

1. Carilah bapak – bapak yang membawa blangko/form & kartu kuning yg belum di isi (2 lembar ya brarti)
2. Kemudian isi form & kartu kuning tersebut (contoh biasanya di tempel)
3. Masuk ke antrian yang suuupeeer puanjannggg buat mendapatkan cap dr walikota (jgn lupa form yang udh kita sertakan ama syarat2 nya di klip ato di staples ya,,,jgn sampai engga, krn pengalaman aq kemaren, berkas2 aq ke cecer gara2 ga di klip. Dan petugasnya ga mau ngambilin, so temen aq disuruh isi ulang. dew ala mak jaaaan…fotocopy KK lagi deh ama KTP, secara temen aq ga bawa spare.
4. Kalo udah kita akan mendapatkan Kartu kuningnya. cippirilliiii…
5. Fotocopy sebanyak yg kita butuhkan
6. Legalisir deh. Oya, ternyata saat legalisir kita diminta sumbangan sukarela. hmm…gmana gituuu….

Senangnya kemaren ada yg request tentang SDH dan Optic. File2 ini aq dapet waktu OJT di PT INDONESIA COMNETS PLUS ato lebih kerennya ICON+. Kebetulan perusahaan tempat aq bekerja ini bergerak di bidang telekomunikasi yang mana salah satu service yang ditawarkan adalah Clear Chanal (lised line). Teknologi yang dipakai adalah SDH & PDH yg menggunakan media transmisi fiber optic end to end. SDH ini merupakan multiplexing yang dipakai untuk mendeliver service dr mulai E1 (2 Mbps), DS3 (34/45 Mbps) bahkan sampai STM-N.
